Chicken stew with dumplings.

(Carrots,onions,parsnips,peas,potatoes.)

I love dumpling. There is a small window in the year when you can eat them. It’s not always cold enough to make stew and you can only have so many stews during the winter. I always give the whole plate a good slash of Sarson’s real malt vinegar.
