Duchess Potatoes.

These were my only contribution to the Christmas dinner. First time I’ve made them, thought they turned out alright really. MM & Sis cooked a wonderful dinner followed by a black forest gateaux-Yum.

    They were really good bro! I roasted lamb shanks and made
    these instead of mash or roasted. I was so surprised at how easy
    they were to make. Didn’t have a piping bag, but substituted it for
    sandwich bag, which seemed to do the trick. Gone to top of W’s list
    of carb favourite!!
