About 20 years ago I worked in a whole food restaurant for 6 months. I lied and said I could cook and was immediately put to work. One of the dishes on the never-changing-menu was mushrooms on toast. I must have made this at least 10 times a day. That’s to say it was very popular. Anyway, fast forward 20 years and it still tastes just as good as it did.
