Pan Fried Prawns with Dill & Pernod.

I was asked, by MMIL, to make these as the starter for our New Years Eve dinner. I made them a few weeks ago in France (11th Dec) but this time I made them with dill instead of flat leaf parsley.
The real star of the show is still the pernod though. It goes much better with the dill.
