Goat’s Cheese Ravioli with Gorgonzola & Walnut Sauce.

I didn’t as much make this, as cook it. The Italian deli was open today, Sunday, as we walked past. The wooden trays of fresh pasta, dusted with flour, caught our eye so after watching the woman inside run the flat pasta sheets through the cutter to make tagliatelle, we decided to have ravioli for lunch.
Ravioli is MS’s favourite pasta.

    iaia did a lamb roast today. tried jayden with his 1st home cooked meal.3 small slices of lamb,4 carrot sticks,1 brussell, 3 pieces of brocolli with 1 roast potato and gravy. liquidised and he ate the lot. goodbye herr heinz
