Leek & Goats Cheese Tart with Cold Green Beans.

This is just a variation on the tart I’ve made before (24 Dec 10) I made this one with leeks instead of onions. It’s a little bit sweeter. I also put a squirt of honey on the goat’s cheese before I cooked it.

    Such a good idea to use leaks. I struggle with onions and
    it just gives a much more subtle taste.
