Black pudding, Sweet potato, Shallots & Cherry Tomatoes.

If I’m totally honest this didn’t go down fantastically. MS ate everything but picked at the black pudding. It was the first time he has ever had it. After the meal I asked him what he thought of the black pudding. He answered, “Good…well. Is this for the blog?” He thought for a bit longer and said, “…Put half-half.”

This was based on an idea given to me by Paul-Thanks Paul.

I started this blog to record the meals I make for my son. One of the many great memories I have of my childhood is the food I ate. The smell of boiling cauliflower on a Sunday morning that steamed up the windows, Lamb sandwiches for tea in front of the tele, cubes of raw jelly at nan’s house and of course mum’s homemade pizza (made with a short crust base) I hope my food creates good memories for my son but if nothing else this blog might jog his memory when he’s older! Enjoy.

    Bro, you need to pick up pace if you want those Michelin stars!! I have to say it looks so good and the though of those sweet potatoes with the saltiness of the pudding……… Off for breakfast I think!

    really tasty dish!What a lovely change to have Black Pudding and so
